Check-in was seamless with friendly staff. Our room exceeded expectations and the fitness area had great equipment. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety including hot items like bacon and omelettes.

Certain amenities fell short, with empty coffee makers and no toiletries provided. Housekeeping was lacking throughout our stay and noise from nearby rooms affected overall comfort.

The breakfast was fantastic with hot waffles and a variety of options, sadly the bathroom shower door wouldn’t stay closed. I would choose this place again despite minor issues.

The stay at Hampton Inn in Monahans had some highlights. The room offered needed quiet for restful nights. The staff presence gave a welcoming feel, which helped the check-in process go smoothly. However, several issues impacted the experience negatively. Coffee makers stayed empty, leading to disappointing mornings. Basic toiletries like hand soap and shampoo were missing in the shower. Housekeeping skipped my room, and I faced a lack of fresh towels throughout the weekend. The breakfast options left much to be desired, with limited variety and subpar quality. Other issues included a dirty shower and poor maintenance on the bathroom fixtures. The pool also disappointingly remained drained, especially with hot weather outside. I believe better attention to these areas could enhance the overall stay.

Friendly staff and clean rooms made my stay pleasant. The outdoor pool was refreshing, and the comfy sun loungers created a perfect spot to unwind.

More variety in breakfast options would be appreciated.
